山田肖子 (Yamada Shoko)

専門	専門は教育社会学、比較国際教育学で、アフリカ諸国における教育政策や実践に関わるフィールドワークとともに、アフリカに対する日本の援助政策も研究してきました。英領西アフリカの植民地教育に関して博士論文を書いて以来、ガーナとの関わりが最も長いですが、この10年ぐらいは、エチオピアでも、市民性教育や産業人材育成の研究をしています。今、一番関心を持っているのは、徒弟制度や学校教育など、様々な場所で、若者がどうやって知識や技能を身につけているか、ということです。
